Luna pant Not Turning ON โ€” OR โ€” Turning Off by itself after turning ON

  • Make sure the pant and the port is completely dry
  • Make sure that the cable connection is not loose
  • Make sure that the power bank is charged and you are using the correct power out port as given in the power bank instructions.
  • Make sure that the power bank is USB PD compliant and you are using a USB C to C cable. If this doesnโ€™t fix the issue or if there are any visible damage such as exposed wires contact customer support for assistance.

Luna pant turning ON but not heating

  • Ensure that the Luna Pant is connecting with the smartphone and the proper modes are set.
  • Wait for a few minutes. It may take some time for the pant to start heating.
  • If the Luna Pant still does not start heating, contact customer support for assistance.

Luna Pant not connecting with the app or any other app related issue

  • Ensure that the Luna Pant itself is working and heating in its default setting.
  • Then contact customer support.

Luna Pant Overheating even at the lowest heat setting

  • Immediately turn off and unplug the Luna Pant if it becomes uncomfortably hot.
  • Check that the Luna Pant is not covered with heavy or insulating materials that may trap heat.
  • If overheating persists, discontinue use and contact customer support for guidance.
