How safe is it?

The Luna pants are classified as a Class B medical device, and have undergone rigorous safety testing procedures as per International Standards.
We qualify IEC 60601 standard for Electric devices, IEC 63203 for Washability of Smart Textiles, ISO 14971 for Risk Management as well as multiple other smaller standards for software, biocompatibility, usability and quality management. The Garment has been clinically evaluated and has seen trial by a number of women.
The garment was made so that our loved ones could get relief, and we deeply understand the various concerns you have. Don't worry.

Do I have to carry a power bank and how long it will work?

Yes, the power bank needs to stay connected to the garment for the heat therapy to work. A fully charged 10,000 mAh power bank can give you continuous relief for about 8 hours.

In emergency cases - it can even be connected with your phone.

Are there any specific wash care instructions?

We recommend putting the garment on a gentle wash cycle, in normal temperature water with any soft detergent. Hang the garment to dry from a clothesline indoors or outdoors. Avoid tumble drying.

Is this the only styling option we have?

All good things need to have a beginning. So for now we are starting with just one style and one colour. While we have made this one as versatile as possible, many styles will follow soon.
